COVID19 – We don’t give up!

In view of the extraordinary measures put in place by the Italian government to deal with the Covid-19 emergency, we decided to operate in a safe and responsible manner to safeguard the health and safety of our staff.
However, to keep supporting our customers and so to ensure continuity in our service, all office activities will be suspended and replaced by remote working starting from next Monday, March 16. To avoid the risk of cross-contamination, warehouse operations will be reduced as well to what is strictly necessary.
In view of the above, please take note of the below notes.

OFFICE OPERATIONS
Although we remain in contact with you by remote working, our response times will be slowed down. It will take longer to process your requests and orders but we will do our best to ensure that waiting times do not exceed 5 working days. As concerns the after-sales activities, they are currently suspended.

STOCK CAPACITY
The significant increase in demand is causing sizeable stock fluctuations, and therefore shortages in certain materials that prevent us from guaranteeing the normal rapid availability and supply of all our products. Hence, due to force majeure, lead times may be higher than our standard or contractual supply times.

PREPARATION OF ORDERS, SHIPMENTS & DELIVERY TIMES
Our warehouse will operate on curtailed schedules, with reduced forces. Consequently, the preparation of orders for shipping will be longer than our usual service standards. In any case, we will strive to complete the pick and pack operations within 5 working days. With regards to the shipment of goods, the Italian government’s decree (no. 646) has made it clear that it is permitted to ship products to and from our country but please note delivery times are longer than the standard times usually given by couriers.

FAILURE IN GOODS DELIVERY AND TEMPORARY STORAGE IN COURIER’S FACILITIES
We kindly ask our customers to let us know promptly of any warehouse closing, special provisions or restrictions in the receipt of goods in your area. If we do not get such a feedback before the goods are handed over to the carrier, the costs resulting from the failure in goods delivery and temporary storage in courier’s facilities will be charged to the purchaser.
