Medial International announces the integration of Dosico, a historic Spanish company specialised in the design and production of recycled plastic dispensers and professional hygiene solutions, into the group.
The transaction, effective from 1 June 2026, will lead to the creation of Medial Dosico Hygiene, the new Spanish subsidiary of the parent company Medial International.
Founded in 1969, Dosico is a well-established company in the professional hygiene sector, with production entirely developed in Spain: from mould design and injection moulding to dispenser assembly.
The integration will further strengthen Medial’s industrial positioning by expanding the range of dispensers and systems dedicated to professional and collective environments.
The operation is based on shared values such as professional ethics, attention to design and sustainability. Dosico also stands out for its use of recycled plastic materials and for a production approach focused on environmental responsibility.
Medial Dosico Hygiene will maintain its current organisational structure and all employees, ensuring operational continuity and enhancing the expertise developed over time.
This new phase represents a further step in Medial International’s international growth path, with the aim of offering increasingly complete, innovative and sustainable hygiene solutions.
